蚂蚁森林是蚂蚁科技集团股份有限公司（以下简称“蚂蚁集团”或“我们”）和公益机构合作在“支付宝”客户端或其他蚂蚁森林合作场景中推出的产品，通过鼓励用户进行低碳行为完成种树，用以改善环境。若您通过页面点击确认或以其他方式选择接受《蚂蚁森林用户使用须知》（以下简称“本须知”），即表示您同意开通蚂蚁森林以及接受本须知的约定内容。

您通过使用特定服务（包括支付服务和其他服务）的低碳行为将产生绿色能量，如：行走捐、线下支付、生活缴费、网购火车票、预约挂号、ETC缴费等。此外，在您另行同意的情况下，您的其他低碳行为也可以产生绿色能量（如：您选择绑定钉钉账号后，可以产生绿色办公能量），您可以在您的“碳足迹”当中了解可以产生绿色能量的项目。您理解并同意蚂蚁集团旗下支付宝（中国）网络技术有限公司或您授权的其他主体将您的低碳行为转化为绿色能量，并在蚂蚁森林进行展示，以便您了解并收取您的绿色能量。同时，您可以邀请您的支付宝好友加入蚂蚁森林，共同改善环境。森林好友可以与您进行互动，如：互相收取绿色能量、协助您收取绿色能量、浇水、合种等，参与好友排行榜，并了解您的森林动态及森林成就（如：环保证书等）。您可以通过设置，向好友隐藏单个绿色能量球的具体数值。当好友成功协助您收取绿色能量的情况下，好友将根据一定的比例获得部分绿色能量，具体请以相关页面提示为准。同时，请您理解，当您查看其他好友的森林动态时，除非您与相关互动人为支付宝好友，否则，您仅可查看匿名动态。在您完成虚拟种树后，蚂蚁集团将根据您在蚂蚁森林当中提交的种树申请，和公益机构一起种植真实的树木。当您达到有关部门（如：全国绿化委员会）规定的植树标准时，您可以在蚂蚁森林相关服务页面领取并查看对应的植树证书（如：全民义务植树尽责电子证书）。届时，有关部门将依据您的支付宝账户对应的姓名为您颁发植树证书。

为不断丰富您的使用体验，蚂蚁森林将不时推出定制化服务。您可以自主选择是否使用前述服务，当您使用相应的服务时，请遵循相关服务规则（如：我们可能需要获取您的运动步数，以便您可兑换活动权益，具体请以相关页面提示为准）。请您理解，前述定制化服务可能是蚂蚁森林与第三方合作向您提供，因此相关功能可能与“支付宝”客户端的蚂蚁森林相关功能存在一定差异，具体请您查阅相应的服务规则。此外，针对前述定制化服务的某些功能入口、环保证书与地图等内容可能暂不能在“支付宝”客户端的蚂蚁森林内兼容展示，对此，我们将进行持续完善与更新。

您参与蚂蚁森林应遵循诚信、非营利原则，您可以在“蚂蚁森林种树攻略”中了解到可以获得绿色能量的途径。请您理解，森林中的绿色能量无法转让或继承。若您存在购买或出售绿色能量或浇水服务，通过虚假合种、虚假绿色出行、虚假交易等违反诚信的方式获取绿色能量，或存在将蚂蚁森林产品或服务用于其他商业用途的不当行为，我们将会扣除您因此获得的绿色能量（如有），同时还可能对您采取限制或禁止使用蚂蚁森林全部或部分服务等处理措施。

为了更好地向您提供服务，便于您及时了解森林动态，蚂蚁森林将通过生活号、小程序等“支付宝”客户端信息渠道及相关页面向您展示服务信息以及发送通知信息（如：动态提醒、统计信息）。同时，为使您的体验更加生动，蚂蚁森林会根据您在“支付宝”客户端设置的地区信息，为您展示对应的天气情况。您也可以在“蚂蚁森林-设置”中选择关闭天气信息的展示。

您可以选择关闭蚂蚁森林。请您理解，关闭时，您届时尚未兑换的绿色能量将被清空，在“支付宝”客户端蚂蚁森林中已参与的合种将即时退出。在“支付宝”客户端蚂蚁森林中，您的好友将不会再看到您的森林信息，同时您的低碳行为将不会再产生绿色能量。考虑到公益机构已经种植真实的树木，您理解并同意蚂蚁集团保留您在蚂蚁森林的植树记录。您重新进入蚂蚁森林时，可以再次查看您在开通蚂蚁森林期间的大树养成记录。

为了进一步改善用户体验，蚂蚁森林将会持续开发新服务，为用户提供版本升级、功能升级等服务和内容更新，本须知也可能会随之更新，更新内容将于公布之日起生效。若您选择继续使用蚂蚁森林，表示您同意更新后的内容。若您不同意更新后的条款内容，您有权停止使用相关服务；双方协商一致的，也可另行变更相关服务和对应条款内容。如果更新的内容涉及您的主要权利或责任，我们会以公告、客户端通知或短信等方式向您进行提示，您也可以随时在“设置-用户使用须知”页面查阅本须知的最新版本。

Instructions to Alipay Ant Forest Users

Alipay Ant Forest is a product launched by Ant Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Ant Group” or “We”) in cooperation with public welfare organizations on the “Alipay” APP or on other places of cooperation for Alipay Ant Forest. It encourages users to plant trees by conducting low-carbon activities to improve the environment. By clicking on the page to confirm or otherwise choose to accept the following instructions to Alipay Ant Forest Users (hereinafter referred to as the “Instructions”), you agree to activate Alipay Ant Forest service and accept the provisions of the Instructions. The Chinese version of the Instructions shall prevail if there is any inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of the Instructions.

Green Energy will be generated by your low-carbon activities through the use of specific services (including payment services and other services), such as donation by walking, offline payment, utilities bill payment, online train tickets purchases, appointment registration and ETC payment, etc. In addition, with your separate consent, your other low-carbon activities can also generate Green Energy (e.g., you can generate Green Office Energy after you choose to connect with your DingTalk account). You can learn about the items that can generate Green Energy in your “carbon footprint”. You understand and agree that Alipay.com Co., Ltd. affiliated to Ant Group or any other entity authorized by you will convert your low-carbon activities into Green Energy and display it in Alipay Ant Forest, so that you can understand and collect your Green Energy. Also, you can invite your Alipay friends to join Alipay Ant Forest to improve the environment together. Friends in the forest can interact with you, such as by collecting Green Energy from your friends, assisting you in collecting Green Energy, watering trees for each other, co-planting a tree, and participating in Ranking among Alipay Friends, and they can learn about your forest dynamics and forest achievements, for example, environmental protection certificates. You can hide the exact value of a single Green Energy Ball from your friends by corresponding settings. If your friend assists you in successfully collecting Green Energy, your friend will be able to obtain part of that Green Energy based on a set ratio, subject to the rules on relevant pages. Please be aware that, when you are reviewing the forest dynamics of your friends, you can only see the anonymous status, except that the relevant interaction is done your Alipay friends. After you finish the virtual tree planting, Ant Group will plant real trees together with relevant public welfare organizations according to the application you submitted for planting trees in the Alipay Ant Forest. Once you meet the tree planting requirement as stipulated by the relevant authority (e.g., National Afforestation Committee), you may collect and review the tree planting certificate (e.g., e-cert for the National Voluntary Tree-Planting) via the “Service Page” for Alipay Ant Forest. At that time, the authority will issue a tree-planting certificate to you in the name listed on your Alipay account.

To further enrich your experience, Alipay Ant Forest will launch customized services from time to time. You can choose whether or not to use these customized services. When you use the customized services, you need to follow the relevant customized service rules. For example, your number of steps may be collected by us so that you can redeem benefits. Please refer to the relevant pages for more details about the rules for customized services. Please also understand that the customized services may be jointly provided by Alipay Ant Forest and a third party; therefore, the related functions thereof may be different from that of the Alipay Ant Forest on Alipay APP. For details, please refer to the provisions in the relevant service rules. In addition, some portals to the related functions, environmental protection certificates and maps for the aforementioned customized services may not be compatible with the Alipay Ant Forest on the Alipay APP, but we will continue to improve and update the services.

By participating in Alipay Ant Forest, you shall follow the principles of integrity and non-compensation, and you can learn about the ways to obtain Green Energy in “Alipay Ant Forest Tree Planting Strategy”. Please understand that Green Energy in Alipay Ant Forest cannot be transferred or inherited. If you purchase or sell Green Energy or watering service, obtain Green Energy through false co-planting, cheating on green travel recognition, false transactions and other dishonest behaviors, or illicitly use Alipay Ant Forest products or services for other commercial purposes, we will deduct your Green Energy so obtained (if any) and may impose measures against you such as restricting or prohibiting your use of all or part of Alipay Ant Forest services.

In order to provide better services for you and facilitate your understanding of the dynamics of the forest in a timely manner, Alipay Ant Forest will display service information and send notification information (such as updates and statistics) to you through “Alipay” client information channels such as life accounts and mini program, as well as relevant pages. Meanwhile, in order to make your experience more vivid, Ant Forest will show you the corresponding weather conditions according to the geographic information you set in the Alipay APP. You can also choose to turn off the display of weather information in "Ant Forest-Settings".

You can choose to disable the Alipay Ant Forest service. Please understand, when you disable it, the unredeemed Green Energy will be zeroed, and you will immediately be withdrawn from the co-planting schemes you have participated in on the Alipay APP. Your friends will no longer see your forest information, and your low-carbon activities will no longer generate any Green Energy in the Alipay Ant Forest on the Alipay APP. You understand and agree that Ant Group will retain your tree planting records in Alipay Ant Forest, given that the relevant public welfare organizations have planted real trees. When you re-enter the Alipay Ant Forest, you can again review your tree cultivation record during the period you have activated the Alipay Ant Forest.

To further improve user experience, Alipay Ant Forest will continue to develop new services and provide users with version upgrades, function upgrades and content updates. The Instructions may also be updated accordingly and such updates shall be effective from the date of publication. By choosing to continue to use Alipay Ant Forest, you agree to the updated content. If you do not agree to the updated content, you may choose to discontinue the relevant services. Upon agreement by both parties, the relevant terms of services of the Instructions may be varied. If the updated content involves your major rights or obligations, we will notify you by public announcement, Alipay App pop-up notification or short message service. You can also read the latest version of the Instructions at any time in the “Settings – User Instructions” page.
