Unless otherwise provided by laws, regulations and regulatory authorities, we will only share your personal information with third parties, including our affiliated parties, partner financial institutions and other partners, in the following circumstances. If we need to share your information with a third party in order to provide services to you, we will assess the legality, legitimacy and necessity of information collection by such third party. We will require such third party to take appropriate measures to protect your information and strictly comply with relevant laws, regulations and regulatory requirements. A. Sharing for Business Purposes

1. Sharing of Personal Information Necessary for Using Payment Services

(1) In order to provide you with fast payment services, to use your bank card to recharge and withdraw your Alipay account balance, as well as to spend, transfer and purchase financial products with your bank card, we need to verify your bank card information, name, ID number, bank-reserved mobile number with the issuing bank you choose. (2) When you make a purchase at a merchant, in order to settle the transaction, we need to provide your transaction information, including the transaction number, transaction amount, transaction counterparty, transaction time and other necessary information for settlement to the payment clearing institution, the merchant where the transaction occurred and the financial institution corresponding to your chosen payment method (such as the issuing bank for credit cards and debit cards). (3) When you use transfer, red packet, money collection, credit card repayment and other services, in order to complete the payment settlement, we need to provide the necessary information such as your collection information (e.g., collection account number, recipient's name, collection amount) and payment information (e.g., payment account number, payer's name, payment amount) to the payment clearing institution and the financial institution corresponding to the payment method you choose (such as the issuing bank for credit cards or debit cards). 2. Sharing of Personal Information Necessary for Using Alipay Affiliated Parties' Services within the Alipay APP

You can use Huabei, Jiebei, Ant Fortune, Ant Insurance, Zhima Credit, Ant Forest, E-commerce Bank and other products or services provided by our affiliated parties as independent entities in the Alipay APP, and when you choose to subscribe or use the aforementioned services, we will provide the information necessary for performing the services, including your account information, ID information, contact information other necessary information, to such service providers according to the related agreements you entered into with the providers of the aforementioned services. Some products or services may be provided by us in cooperation with third parties, for example, when you use the travel service and receive a metro QR code or bus QR code, the service is usually provided to you by us in cooperation with the metro company or bus company where you use the service; or when you subscribe a medical insurance electronic voucher, the service is provided to you by the national medical insurance department in cooperation with us. When you choose to subscribe or use the aforementioned services, we will provide the information necessary to perform the services, including your account information, ID information, contact information and other information necessary for the services, to the partner provider of the services in accordance with the relevant agreement you entered into. B. Sharing of Personal Information Necessary for Using Third Party Services through Alipay Account

When you use the products or services provided by third party entities through Alipay mini programs, Lifestyle account or other applications through your Alipay account, we will pass your user number and relevant information on the page prompt to the third party based on your authorization in the specific scenario. The page prompt of the third party to obtain your consent will show the specific authorized object and the type of authorized information, and your information will be passed to the third party through an encrypted channel. Alipay will require the third party to strictly comply with relevant laws and regulations and regulatory requirements, use your information in accordance with the laws, and keep your information confidential. In order to better protect the security of your information, we have adopted the information inquiry token technology. During the authorization period, when you use the authorized party's services, the token will be activated and the authorized party can only access your information during the activation period of the token. After the activation period expires, the token will be temporarily deactivated until you use the authorized party's services again.
